Promoting Fairness, Celebrating DifferenceGenderShift is a new Social Enterprise delivering training to the Public, Private and Voluntary sectors, designed to improve the quality of life in business and the community.After 35 years of gender equality legislation, women are still discriminated against in terms of pay and opportunities. Gendershift has been formed as a result of the recent changes in equalities legislation to provide training and education designed to help people to challenge gender stereotypes, promote fairness and celebrate difference. Women and men do not want to be treated the same, we want to given equal rights and equal opportunities to achieve our full potential by developing by natural talents and supporting each other. These workshops and seminars are designed to achieve that.
